Elizabeth M. Galbavy received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from College of Charleston. In 2009, Ms. Galbavy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Galbavy served as President of the International Law Society and was a Class Representative of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Galbavy studied law abroad in Spain and England. Ms. Galbavy also interned at the Woolwich Crown Court in London.

Ms. Galbavy was admitted to practice in Florida in 2009 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
